Parenting Time Refusal: What Now?

About Dr. Sullivan
Matthew Sullivan is a licensed psychologist specializing in forensic and clinical work in the family courts. His full-time private practice in Palo Alto, CA focuses almost exclusively on work with coparents. He serves in a variety of court-related roles, including mediator, coparent counselor, parenting coordinator, and consultant.
Hon. Helaine L. Berger (Ret.) is a senior mediator and arbitrator concentrating in family law, personal injury and commercial matters. During her 16-year legal career, she was a versatile litigator who tried cases in every division of the court as well as nationally. Judge Berger served 19 years as a judge in the Cook County Circuit Court’s Domestic Relations Division and the Child Protection and Juvenile Justice Departments.
Stacey E. Platt, JD is a clinical professor of law and the associate director of the Civitas ChildLaw Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where her focus is the training of law students to represent children in legal proceedings.
